About
Tyler's car audio shop since 1982.
Auto Sounds has been turning ordinary vehicles into something that sounds, feels and looks dramatically better for over four decades — right here on Front Street in downtown Tyler.
Our Story
Four decades of clean installs and honest work.
Founded in 1982, Auto Sounds is one of the longest-tenured car audio shops in East Texas. In an industry full of come-and-go shops, that kind of staying power comes from one thing: doing right by the customer, every time.
We're a full-service 12-volt shop — stereos and head units, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers and complete system builds, plus security, keyless entry, LED lighting, window tint, CB radios and audio repair. If it runs on 12 volts, we can usually upgrade it.
Customers come back because the work is fast, the pricing is fair, and we stand behind it. Walk-ins are welcome, many jobs are done the same day, and if something isn't right we'll make it right.
